Polosub return policy meets the European laws: you have 10 days after delivery to send the unused product(s) back for a full refund or exchange, but this rule doesn't apply to custom or made to measure products such as wetsuits. This means that you can get a full refund only for gloves, socks, weight vest and other non-custom products.
To get a refund all you have to do is to mail the parcel within 10 days from its delivery and send to Polosub a written comunication. Full refund does not include all the shipping costs (both the shippings) and products must be returned in good conditions.
